Coaching can best be described as a partnership between the coachee and the coach.   A key principle of coaching is that people have all the resources to solve their own problems. With this this in mind, the coach does not try to ‘fix’ the coachee but rather bring awareness (self leadership) to factors such as frame of mind (beliefs, values, feelings,  identity etc) that might be limiting performance. In the end, the coach assists the coachee in clarifying objectives, releasing potential and increasing performance.

Hypnotherapy is  a professional partnership between the therapist and the client/patient . A person cannot be hypnotised unless he or she agrees  - this cannot be stressed enough.


Hypnotherapy is the practice of using the power of suggestion to bring about positive changes in clients or patients who are under hypnosis.
